Strategic Operator

NetWorkWise is an EdTech company with a unique professional certification focused on teaching people how to professionally network. The company has a pedigreed client roster, primarily with prestigious corporations and elite academic institutions (college & high school).

NetWorkWise is at a pivotal juncture, experiencing expansion and currently entertaining many potential growth prospects. The right person for the role will be an experienced operator with start-up experience that has a strategic mindset and vision. Said person would own strategy, implementation, project, and organizational management. Hence, we seek a strong operator that can also manage future equity rounds and is a true leader that can not only help us grow but position us for success once we reach scale.

You should apply if:

  • You first and foremost believe in the importance and value of your networks! If this isn’t paramount to you, or your networks haven’t been key to your success, then you just won’t “get” what we are doing or what we are all about.
  • You are passionate about making a substantial difference in this world (we have big aspirations).
  • You can think big AND know how to strategically execute.

Experience/Requirements:

  • We don’t believe in hardline “requirements”. This is the kind of role and opportunity that’s going to speak you. If you don’t think you have the background and the chops, then you don’t. However, if the concept fires you up, you have relevant experience and some creative ideas, then we would like to hear from you.
  • The skills we would like to see (but again are open) are those with first-hand experience at a start-up and have been personally responsible for considerable growth due to their role in strategy and execution.

What you will be doing:

  • Work hand-in-hand with founder to devise an executable strategic business plan
  • Freeing up the founder so that he can focus on vision, sales, and product
  • Drive growth
  • Manage strategic partnerships
  • Execute on projects
  • Manage client contract negotiations
  • Own marketing strategy
  • Spearhead future capital raises

How to apply:

Please send a copy of your resume to Info@networkwise.com along with a sentence or two regarding why networking is important to you and what it is about this opportunity that speaks to you. We will respond within 48-72 hours.
